I graduated from Ada High School in May 2008.  I am currently a student attending Rhodes State College.

I have literally grown up at Health Trends since 1991 learning a lot about health & fitness. I have also taken dance for 4 years and gymnastics for several years. All throughout High School I have participated in Show Choir and have been a cheerleader since 4th grade, and now I serve as the captain of my High School Cheerleading squad. I truly enjoy getting the opportunity to continue the family tradition of helping others improve their health & fitness and look great in the process.

I am a student at Ohio Northern University here in Ada. I am majoring in exercise physiology and I'm learning a lot between my classes and being a valuable part of the staff at Health Trends. The environment here is very optimistic and the people are very friendly, which makes learning about health & fitness much easier. I have been a member of the Health Trends staff since December 2007 and have been tanning salon certified since March of 2008.

I am an Adaite and married to Bob. I have 3 grown children and 3 wonderful grandchildren. I have been with Health Trends since 1991. During that time I have taken nutrition & fitness classes and attended several tanning seminars and certification classes. My objective is to help people acheive their nutrition, fitness and tanning goals.

I have been in the Health Club & Tanning business since 1991. I graduated from Ohio Northern University, College of Engineering, and worked for several large corporations before settling into our business. I have attended as well as taught many training classes & seminars in both the fitness & tanning industry. Personally, I have been a part of the Ada community since 1979. Linda and I have been married since 1984.
