Welcome!! Whether you're new to the Ada area, or been around for a while and wondered what all the excitement was about here at Health Trends, then we invite you to see what we have to offer you.
We are more than a typical gym or tanning salon.  We take your health seriously & promote a healthy lifestyle which is reflected in our products, the type of gym equipment we have as well as the newest tanning beds we have installed.  Let us show you how a Health Trends gym and/or tanning membership can help you acheive your overall health goals.

Cheerleading Class

Cheerleading classes starting Monday, Sept. 8th, 5pm.

Class meets each Monday at 5pm for approx 50 minutes.  Class is designed for girls age K thru 3rd grade, but exceptions can be made on a case by case basis. Cost is $20 per month or $7 per individual session.

Classes will incluce the following:

Wow!! Our new tanning beds are in.  There are three Level 2 Ultra Beds and one Level 3 Super Mega bed now available to use.  We have special pricing plans for all 3 levels of beds.  Join our VIP Bronze, Silver or Gold tanning and see what a difference tanning at Health Trends can do for you!!

Wow!! 2 great new healthy products to help increase your energy and lose weight in the process. We've had BeeLean Xtreme only a few weeks and is selling very well because it really works. Check it out on our website link and stop in to get your bottle or sample packet.
