We will be closed Friday March 11, 2011 to allow our staff, wonderful friends, family & customers to attend the visitation & funeral of Linda Seymour, wife of owner Bob Seymour, who passed away unexpectedly Sunday morning, March 6th. Her obituary is in the Lima News & Findlay Courier.

Health Trends now has an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer now available to help you meet your personal fitness needs.  He is available by appointment for 30 minute or 1 hour sessions. He also has 1 hour sessions for couples or "buddies" which helps keep your costs down.  Call or email today to schedule your training sessions.  We have single session prices as well as packages of several sessions that can be used over several weeks.

We've been named as the "Official Tanning Salon" of the Ohio Northern University Polar Bears, and Upper Scioto Valley Rams cheerleading squads!!  We enjoy the opportunity to be the place where our local cheerleaders come to get a great tan.  They're also helping us out by distributing promotial items as well as coupons.  Help a cheerleader out by asking them for a coupon you can use and get a great deal at the same time!!!
