Jessica Arimintrout

I am a senior at Ohio Northern University. My passion is exercising and having a healthy looking tan. I'm majoring in exercise physiology and my goal is to become a strength and conditioning coach. I've played sports all my life; you name it, I've probably participated in it. I played basketball both years at ONU.
I love being part of the Health Trends staff and I enjoy helping make a difference in people's lives. My goal is to help people come here and achieve the results they dream about.
