Welcome!! Whether you're new to the Ada area, or been around for a while and wondered what all the excitement was about here at Health Trends, then we invite you to see what we have to offer you.
We are more than a typical gym or tanning salon. We take your health seriously & promote a healthy lifestyle which is reflected in our products, the type of gym equipment we have as well as the newest tanning beds we have installed. Cheerleading Class

Cheerleading classes starting Monday, Sept. 8th, 5pm.

Class meets each Monday at 5pm for approx 50 minutes. Class is designed for girls age K thru 3rd grade, but exceptions can be made on a case by case basis. Cost is $20 per month or $7 per individual session.
