Health Trends Aerobic Classes

Health Trends is proud to offer you the opportunity to participate in our aerobic classes.  It is a variety of low impact exercises in a one hour class. This includes a mixture of aerobics, kickboxing moves, step aerobics, core & strength training as well as agility exercises.  Each class is set to the tune of music that just gets you moving and is fun to exercise to!
